This remarkable little device has been developed to overcome one of life's smaller problems.
Anyone who wears stiff collars will be familiar with just how fiddly they can be to attach. Pushing or pulling the Collar Studs through all the buttonholes is an acquired art so we are delighted to be able to offer you this useful aid.
It is made from a special robust plastic which may bend but is not brittle so less likely to break.
The design is based on a Victorian original which we've adapted for modern use.
There is a hole at one end so dressers can have it on a cord round their necks. Perfect when working on crowd scenes.
We find they work best if the gold stud end is set flat and not swivelled.
We have also found it works on dress studs and they may even have other uses we've never thought about.
Available in classic Silvery Grey and now Bright Red for backstage dressers who need to find them in the dark.
