C18th Informal Breeches (TR211)

We are pleased to be able to offer this close version of C18th knee breeches. The patterns have been endlessly refined and we are now confident that they are not only authentic but reasonably flattering - the very authentic baggy bum has been in-authentically reduced!

They have the button drop fall front opening and working knee fastenings. Perfect for late C18th through to early C19th.

These are made up in various brown and grey fabrics which are all suitably rough for the Peasant class or The Quality when they are slumming it.

For a correct size please measure your high waist (just below navel) and buy that size in inches.

Sizes: 28in - 52in waist 

The Back Waist can be adjusted slightly with the lacing

These are one leg length only and fit up to 6ft tall gents. Dry Clean only or boil wash if your character demands to be broken down.

Gold Herringbone- Main Fabric = 100% Wool + Lining = 100% Cotton

Aubergine Herringbone- Main Fabric = 100% Wool + Lining = 100% Cotton
